Our Story

KofeMofe began in 2020 with a simple dream: to bring world-class specialty coffee to Uzbekistan. Our founder, Rustam Karimov, spent years traveling the world, learning from master roasters in Italy, Australia, and Colombia. When he returned home to Namangan, he brought with him not just skills, but a vision.

The Fergana Valley, with its rich agricultural heritage and passionate people, was the perfect place to plant the seeds of a coffee revolution. We started small - just a 5-kilo roaster in a garage - but word spread quickly. Within months, people were lining up for our single-origin pour-overs and carefully crafted espresso drinks.

Today, KofeMofe operates five cafes across Namangan, Fergana, and Andijan. But we haven't forgotten our roots. We still roast in small batches, still source directly from farmers, and still believe that every cup of coffee should be an experience worth savoring.

Our mission goes beyond coffee. We're committed to building community, supporting local agriculture, and creating spaces where people can connect, create, and find moments of peace in their busy lives.
